METHOD:

SHAMPOO: Apply a small amount to wet hair and massage into the scalp. Rinse thoroughly.

CONDITIONER: After shampooing work a small amount onto the scalp and evenly distribute through hair. Leave 2-5 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
