I had an issue with a trimmer and can honestly say that I have never had better customer service in resolving the issue, a new trimmer is being sent out next day express and Russell’s as a company couldn’t do enough to help. The only place I will shop for razors trimmers from now on 10/10

Very disappointed

had high hopes as the company as a whole have been great but have been left disappointed with the trimmer, I may have just received a bad one but the trimmer is no good, it seems very under powered and snags constantly which results in blood being drawn as it pulls hairs out rather than cutting them.
