Great experience

Unfortunately received the wrong product i order, however human mistakes can happen. i told russell’s shave club and chris and rupert were really helpful, had the issue sorted in a few minutes sent me the product i ordered the same day and even let me keep the product they wrongly sent me! great company and service. the perfume also smells brilliant!
