United Kingdom

  • Standard Tracked Royal Mail (1-3 working days) – FREE for orders over £49 or £4
  • Next Working Day Tracked (Order before 1 PM, Mon-Fri) – £6.95

United States

  • DHL Express Delivery (2-3 working days). FREE for orders over $200, or $19.95 flat rate. All customs duties and import taxes are fully covered by us, the price you see at checkout is the only price you’ll pay.

Europe

  • DHL Express Delivery (2–3 working days). FREE for orders over €120, or €14.95 flat rate. All customs duties and import taxes are fully covered by us, the price you see at checkout is the only price you’ll pay.

Rest of the World

  • International Delivery (5–8 working days). FREE for orders over £160, or £25.00 flat rate. All customs duties and import taxes are fully covered by us, the price you see at checkout is the only price you’ll pay.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
  • We do not dispatch orders on public or bank holidays.

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Russell Shave Club is not liable for issues arising from incorrect addresses, including non-delivery or lost orders.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately so we can try to correct it.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will need to charge for reshipping before sending it again.
  • If an order is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund. Please ensure all address details are accurate before placing your order.
