We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns Window
Our policy lasts 45 days from the date of purchase. If 45 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Orders placed between 1 November and 31 December can be returned within 90 days.
Free Returns (UK Only)
We offer free UK returns within 45 days — no questions asked.
International customers may return items within 45 days, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Product Conditions
Razors, trimmers and grooming tools
If you’re not happy with your tool, you can return it within 45 days, even if used, provided it is in its original packaging.
Consumable products (blades, shaving creams, gels and similar items)
These can only be returned if unopened and unused in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To request a free UK return label, please email info@russellsshaveclub.com with your proof of purchase and order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your card provider — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
• Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact info@russellsshaveclub.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@russellsshaveclub.com with details and your order number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
