  • UK: Tracked Royal Mail Delivery (1-3 working days) - FREE with orders over £40 or £4
  • UK: Next Working Day Tracked Royal Mail Delivery - Order before 2pm Monday - Friday £6.95
  • EUROPE: Tracked Royal Mail Delivery (3-5 Working Days) FREE with orders over £75 or £15
  • USA: Tracked Service (5-7 Working Days) Free with orders over £100 or £20 
  • EVERYWHERE ELSE: (5-7 Working Days) FREE with orders over £100 or £25
  • Online purchases may be returned free of charge within forty-five days or ninety days if the purchase was made between 1 November and 31 December.


Orders placed before 2pm during Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same day. Any orders made over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. Please be aware that we don’t dispatch orders on public and bank holidays.

For customers in Europe and the Rest of the World, please be aware that additional charges may apply when ordering into the EU, including the Republic of Ireland. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, but we are actively looking for ways to minimize these costs in the future.

For our customers in the US and Australia, orders valued under $800 (US) and $1,000 (AU) respectively will not incur additional taxes.

If an incorrect address is provided, Russell’s Shave Club cannot be held liable for any resulting issues, including non-delivery or lost orders. Should you realize an error in the address details provided, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct the mistake. In the event that an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will need to charge for the shipping costs before we can resend the order to the correct address. Unfortunately, if an order is lost due to an incorrect address being provided, we cannot issue a refund. It’s crucial to ensure your address details are complete and accurate when placing your order.
